We would like to remind you that rendering taxicab services is subject to the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of certain types of economic activities”. And only companies which obtained appropriate license form the Main State Inspection on Automotive Transport are permitted to execute such activity on legitimate grounds.

Aspect-Transservice Company has obtained such license (3) 30.08.2006. In addition, Aspect-Transservice Company is licensed to transport passengers and luggage by motor transport of conventional use (4) on the ground of a license obtained on 30.08.2006.

All vehicles working under Etalon Taxi ТМ are equipped with settlement operations recording devices – taximeters (5) which are certified as compliant with ISO 9001:2008 (6) and have undergone the certification procedure with the State Committee of Ukraine on Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy (7) and comply with the requirements of UkrSEPRO (8).

Currently Etalon Taxi employs more than 700 radio-equipped cars and by-order vehicles. Radio communication allows the drivers to obtain a guaranteed number of orders rather than having to find clients in the streets of the city. Operating at radio frequencies on legitimate grounds requires permissions to operate radio electronic facilities (9); such permissions were granted to Aspect-Transservice.

Dispatching service of Etalon Taxi employs hardware and software complex created and developed as the best among the ones being used by similar city services. The complex incorporates Taxi-Dispatcher software protected by copyright certificate and UkrSEPRO certificate.

Etalon Taxi Dispatching service has developed and implemented the system of administration and control of passenger transportation, as well as means appropriately patented dispatcher training – “Information and Dispatch System of Administration and Control of Passenger Transportation by Motor Transport” and “Dispatcher Training Means”.
